All good citizens should own a gun or two. All good citizens should take a "Right to Carry" or a "Gun Safety" course. All good citizens should target practice and shoot their guns. Some good citizens should reload ammunition.

If Virginia had a "Right to Carry on Campus" I doubt so many would have died.  Guns don't kill people. People kill people. Ever here of "Cain & Abel," someone wants to kill someone a gun is not a necessity.

Wear Safety Glasses!
This was my gun... pictures are big.
All . 2 . 3 . 4 . 5 . 6 . 7 . 8 . 9 . 10
The chamber came apart into 4 pieces both side pieces are gone. Top with one mount and bottom with the "what is left of the gun" is the 2 surviving pieces. All the split on the two missing pieces were clean breaks. The stock splintered everywhere. Gun split in half with barrel, top part of chamber and front site about 7 feet in front of me.  I still had my finger on the trigger and my elbow resting on the bench after the explosion. All the impact but the scope went out both sides and the top.  This was NOT a bullet shot into a plugged barrel situation! All bullets including the denotation bullet hit the target.  The last one 13" off.  The blown piece of brass is still in the rifle barrel. Other than a bunch of scratches even now the barrel appears to be in good shape, even the threads are good and still have most of the "lock-tite" on them.

Thanks be to God,
Butch
