You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this Product. By using this Product you indicate your acceptance of this license agreement, terms of use and warranty.

The "Product" hereafter referred to as "FcFS" represents all the software packages installed in a computer supplied by or reconfigured by Industry Standard Computers to act like a firewall and content filter.  The FcFS consists of a wide range of various software packages, many are not commercially available, many are not available to the public except through ISCnetwork.com's FcFs system[1].  All software not copyrighted by ISCnetwork, is copyrighted by their developers with all rights reserved.

The term of this agreement is one year from date of installation, at the originally installed location and for the original number of computers. This service agreement is renewable each year for the core software life of the product. Upgrades to core software and reconfiguration may be purchased upon expiration of core software.

You or the entity you represent as the end user have no rights expressed or implied to ownership. You have no right to reverse engineer, copy, misuse, alter or tamper with any software or the software as a whole on the FcFS. At no given time may you or any one else access the FcFS unless in ways authorized by Industry Standard Computers.  Any form of tampering will constitute termination of this agreement and may result in imprisonment or fines for violation of various U.S. Laws. At no given time can the FcFS be removed from service unless a representative of Industry Standard Computers is present to remove hard drive(s) from the FcFS.  You have purchased SERVICE, nothing more, expressed or implied.

Updates are critical to address various issues that may occur at any time. Internal configurations and various software packages are in constant states of change and upgrade.  Self-destruct mechanisms are in place to help protect you ever further and may be triggered during times of disconnect.

NO WARRANTY  -- THE FcFS IS SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY AS TO MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. THE AUTHOR OR DEVELOPERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS PRODUCT.

Industry Standard Computers does reserve the right to terminate said agreement and refund "time" left on the contract.

You are paying for a service of ISCnetwork.com and its partners to try to protect your computer network from the "various evils of the Internet" with its FcFS.  The FcFS, even as good as it is, should never be considered your ONLY defense.

After June of 2006 you have an option to buy leased hardware at the end of the agreement or the termination of said agreement and a "military erasure" of the FcFS by an employee of ISCnetwork.com for $1.

1.  Many of the software packages included in the FcFS stem from or may be military based.  Our blacklists may also be composites of other security professionals; civilian & military.  The purpose is to use whatever means available to "keep you safe."
